To be eligible for a return:
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will cover the return costs. Please provide proof of the issue, such as photos or videos, to facilitate the return process.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind after receiving the goods or cancel the order post-delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you require us to collect the goods, you will incur a collection fee based on the value of the items.
2. Return Costs
The return cost for items collected by us is based on the total value of the product(s):
